❀ general info ❀❀ By commissioning me, you are only purchasing a digital file for personal use only, ie: using as personal wallpaper, pfp useage, given as a gift to someone else with no means for profit, sharing content online with artist credited❀ As the artist, I may use the art for showcasing purposes on socials and/or website unless otherwise requested❀ Artworks cannot be used for resale, altering, sharing without crediting me, posted on social medias prior to paying for the commissioned piece in full or used to create merch unless a commercial license fee is also purchased. examples for commercial license uses include: book covers, bookmarks, merch, banners/avatars/wallpapers for youtube or twitch❀ Commercial licensing can be purchased during or after the commission process. And can vary from 50-200% increase in price depending on the use of the artwork. Some examples include: Promotion posts on social media, sponsored posts, twitch assets for streaming (panels, banners, logos, overlays, etc). Cost of licensing allows commissioner to use the artwork for promotion and does not expire.
Final percentage may vary, fee is subject to change❀ I will only accept commission work once you have reference images ready upon inquiry. It makes the commission process smoother for both artist and client alike❀ Commissions are not on a first come, first served basis. I get to choose what requests would best fit my style and skill set❀ Final pricing for a commission may vary depending on complexity of request, including but not limited to: overall character concept, outfits, well detailed weapons, additional characters, other item add-ons, etc❀ Payment process ❀❀ Will only accept paypal❀ a 50% deposit is due upon the approval of the rough sketch phase. the remaining balance is due prior to final artwork can be delivered to the client❀ Do not send payment until I have confirmed and accepted your commission❀ Revisions and changes ❀❀ Be sure to specify which pose/angle you want (with references) before the sketch phase begins. If you do not specify what you’d like, I will assume you want to give me creative freedom. Please be extra clear during the start of the commission process❀ Minor revisions are allowed up to 3 times during the sketch phase; any additional changes will result in additional charges❀ When reserving a slot, once the concept of the project has entered the rough sketch phase, the idea/concept cannot be changed at a later time. The project will continue with the aforementioned concept that was previously agreed upon or you can cancel your order and receive a 80% refund❀ Refunds ❀❀ If for some reason I end up getting too busy and unable to complete your project in a timely manner, I will issue you a full refund❀ You may not issue a chargeback, cancel payment or demand a refund from me after payment has been received❀ If a commission is too hard or out of my wheelhouse, I may decline it. If a payment was already sent, I will fully refund you❀ If a chargeback is made, you will be prohibited from all future commissions, your right to any and all projects from me will be revoked and I fully have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to a new owner(s)❀ Drawing preferences ❀What I can draw comfortably:❀ character design/concept art

Some exceptions may catch my eye on the off chance I have the time to try something new.❀ Turnaround timeframe ❀❀ average turnaround time is currently 2-4 weeks depending on how busy the month is❀ if something unexpected comes up and causes any delays in your commission, I will inform you right away❀ you can ask for a status update on your commission at any point during the commission process on top of the two work in progress updates I will already be sending out❀ if you need to rush an order to be processed faster than the average turnaround time, ie, need it by a certain date, a rush fee may be included in the final total and push your work ahead in the queue. Often times I will accept a rush order unless I communicate otherwise if I cannot accept rush orders at that time due to being more busy than usual
